Max Chepas
My name is Max Chepas and I’m a Sydney-based Personal Trainer.
For the last 13 years I have helped many people achieve their goals through living the healthy lifestyle. 20 years ago, my life was completely opposite to where it is today. I was unhealthy both physically and mentally. I started to train at the gym. I was very consistent with my training and developed a good habit. I started to feel better every day and was seeing improvements with my health and lifestyle. I found a way to reprogram my life... starting with my physical body. I soon witnessed my body transform, gaining more muscle size, having more energy, improving of flexibility, better posture, increase cardio levels, even everyday movements were so much easier. I was getting better sleep and I felt more alive.
My mental state improved dramatically and my confidence grew daily. I decided then and there to educate myself with health, nutrition and fitness. With my first-hand experience and knowledge, I started working as a personal trainer educating and training others. Teaching and witnessing many embrace the healthy lifestyle.
I am still actively training hard…every single day. I have built my body to where It is at today. 15 years committed with weightlifting, hypertrophy, strength training, kickboxing competition, marathon running, yoga and many more types of training methods.
I’m an expert in transforming the body to be at its optimal condition. I have learnt and gained knowledge from personal experience, different coaches and veterans in the health industry. I am passionate about helping others reach their goals and achieve optimum condition through healthy lifestyle.
