What type of training do you offer?
Online Personal Training, Coaching, One-on-One Personal Training (Max’s PT gym location), group session ( Max’s PT gym location) Training programs, Nutrition plans, Specific Training Programs and Mentoring.
When will I start to see results?
Following my system you will start to see results within the first 2 weeks.
What if I have a slight injury, health condition, etc.?
On our first consultation together, there are pre-screening forms that will be filled out, you will be required to put down as much information on
pre-existing injuries, medical conditions (past and present). My team and I will evaluate the information provided and determine the best plan of action for you.
Can I pay weekly?
When commencing training, half the total amount is due and the rest can be paid weekly by direct debit payments, or one payment of the remaining amount. The positive benefit of a upfront payment is, you have now made commitment to your training and nutrition, you will have more drive and be more accountable for your healthy progress.
What if I just want to develop certain areas in my body (bigger butt, legs, arms, etc.)?
My team and I will evaluate your current training/nutrition programs and your specific goal,then we will provide you with the best options and develop a custom program for you.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract.
